Outline:

* Guido and Dora accidentally met. Guido is the savior and hero for Dora.
* Dora is a teacher. Guido courted Dora.
* They fall in love with each other.
* Dora already compromised to a certain wedding with someone else which her parents want.
* Guido and Dora escaped from the people who are against in their relationship.
* Guido and Dora successfully escaped and they married in a simple and ordinary life.
* They live happily with their only son which is very observant, smart and handsome named Joshua.
* Joshua's birthday came and the soldiers also came to get some people to be their servant or laborers.
* Guido, Dora, and Joshua are one of those people.
* Guido and Joshua were together but Dora were separated from them.
* They were suffered in the hands of the cruel and barbarous soldiers.
* Guido made some signs in order to communicate his wife.
* Guido died while trying to see his wife in the other corner of that certain place where they were prisoned.
* Dora and Joshua met and all slaves are freed from the hands of the cruel soldiers.

Insights:

Life is what we make it. We are the driver of our own life. We are the one making our choices and decisions which lead to be our destiny. In the movie ''Life is beautiful'' the characters suffers a beautiful and challenging life in the first part of the movie, however on the middle of the story problems arises which gave them a miserable life. Difficulties and struggles of the characters was emphasis on the half part of the movie.
The significant message of the movie is that we should always look all thing in positive way so that we could appreciate the beauty that life brings. The movie was entitled life is beautiful because Guido always tell positive things to his son Joshua, he wants to bear on the mind of his son that life is beautiful despite the trials and tribulations they were encountered.

Main Characters:

Guido- is a humorous man, a lovable, caring, pretentious and playing safe in such a away that he told white lie so that his son will not not afraid.
Dora- is honest woman, shes lovable in such a way that she willing to give her life for her family. Shes also brave because despite her mother don't want Guido, still she choose him and fight her love.
Joshua- is observant, loving and intelligent kid.
